Autymate Transactions for QuickBooks Online
I've used other importing utilities to streamline processes, and this one is so much better. For example I have a CSV that I have to download in order to import invoices. We do it monthly and with the "other guys" I still had to massage the CSV file (sometimes taking 30 minutes to an hour). With Autymate, I download the CSV, upload it without manipulation, and the import happens "auty-magically." Support is great as well. definitely bring them your challenges, and they will come up with a way!!
The Challenge
As QuickBooks Solution Provider, companies come to them with workflows and processes that aren't compatible with each other. They often have trouble communicating because they use different software applications. The goal of the School of Bookkeeping is to help these companies bridge the communication gap so that their systems can talk to each other. They were looking for a way to create invoices that our affiliates could track so that they could import them into QuickBooks. Ideally, when their client has the commission to pay an affiliate, the affiliate would have an unpaid invoice in their books, waiting to be paid later.
